What we sell
We find top-rated local businesses (4.5β
or higher on Google) that have no real website, and we build each one a complete, premium website from their own Google reviews β already live before we even call. They preview it free; they pay $497 one-time to keep it (or $25/month fully managed). No monthly unless they choose it.

1 Send the texts (MonβFri ~8:30am β never weekends)
- Open the Caller's Playbook on your phone: fivestar-playbook.vercel.app
- Under π New leads, tap the green "Send the preview + link" button. Your texting app opens with the message and link ready β just hit Send. The card moves itself to Contacted.
- Split the list: each card is tagged Marc or Olya β each of you sends your tagged cards from your own phone (set the "Sending as" toggle to you).
- Always text in English. The websites are bilingual β the link flips to Spanish on its own for Spanish-speaking businesses, so you never have to handle a Spanish conversation.
- At the end, tap "Copy list for laptop" and send it to Marc so the tracker stays updated.
2 What the text says
"Hi [Owner], it's [Marc/Olya] with FiveStar Sites here in South Florida. Your [Business] reviews are some of the best around. But there's no real website catching the people who Google you, so they call the next company. So I built you a free one from your reviews, in English and Spanish, to catch them. One-time $497 only if you keep it, no monthly. Take a look?" (their site link last)
Reviews-first (not problem-first), friendly, and the link goes last so the text shows a clickable preview of their site.
3 Follow up (the Playbook sorts this for you automatically)
- π΄ Final notice due (3 days, no reply): the card jumps to the top with a red button β send the "your preview comes down tomorrow unless you reply YES" text.
- β Turned off (4 days, no reply): the preview gets taken down. Tell Marc who replied first so we never take down a hot lead.
4 When they reply YES π
- Lock it in: "Awesome, let's get you live this week!"
- Offer the $25/month plan (every time): "Most owners go with our $25 a month plan β I host it, keep it updated, and add every new 5-star review automatically. Want that, or just the one-time $497?"
- Get their email (for the agreement + where leads go) and confirm their phone.
- Web address: if they have one, get the exact name; if not, agree on one (first year included).
- Send the payment link ($497 one-time, or $25/month) β both are buttons in the Playbook's green "If they say YES" section.
- Tell Marc they paid, so he wires the form to their email and finishes go-live. No photos needed from them.
5 If they call you back
Type their name or phone number in the π search box at the top of the Playbook β their card pops up with the site link and exactly what you texted, so you know who it is before you answer. Then use the pitch and the YES steps above.
6 Common questions
"How much?"
$497 one time, no monthly. Or $25/month if you want it hosted and updated. Less than one job.
"Too busy / not interested."
Totally fair β that's why I built it first. 30 seconds, it's already live, the link's in your texts.
"What about a domain?"
Your own web address, registered in your name so you own it. First year's included in the $497.
"Is this a scam?"
Fair question. No money up front, the preview's free and built from your own public Google reviews. You only pay if you keep it β and you can look us up at fivestarsites.net.
7 Why it converts
Every site shows their real 5-star reviews, looks premium on the phone, has click-to-call/text and a quote form, comes in English and Spanish, and now ships with Google SEO and structured data so their star rating shows up in search and customers find them first.
